My Family’s Life pt. 2

While all of this stuff with my brother was going on my great aunt tini became very ill. She came down with lung cancer. I remember going to the hospital every day to see her. She would always go back and forth from home to the hospital. The doctors told her she half to stop smoking but she refused. She would sit on her couch and smoke while falling over. She would even fall asleep at times while the cigarette was in her hand. Soon enough after a year of going in and out of the hospital she died in the evening due to lung cancer. After she passed away we took over her house and made it into a vacation home. We took on extra house payments and duties. The whole next summer we had to go to her house and clean her house out and sell stuff we didn’t need. We didn’t really have time to go out and swim or have fun because we had to clean and get the house fixed up. While we were cleaning the house up my father took the passing very rough. My great aunt tini was like my dad’s mother. She practically raised him and helped him through life. My dad went into depression shortly before my aunt died. Even though my mom and I knew he was in depression he did his best to deny it and not show it.  The depression my father was in is what started our family’s bad luck dilemma right after the summer of us cleaning the house out.
